So far Im enjoying reading books that I get from the charity shop and listening to Hanna Montana . I currently eating sandwichs,and I get a cat nap from 1-4pm nearly everyday.I love my PJs and having a shower in the night time -that normally helps me fall asleep :) Iv kinda ditched my diet but still eat to live and not live to eat. Tonight is pasta bake,like I can throw it up if I want to but I get too hungry @ bed time and I enjoy living and not vomiting all the time.Im going on hoildays with my staff soon and I'm really excited!!! I also found a story of a girl with an eating disorder which is worth a read if your on a strict diet https://www.thefullhelping.com/my-green-recovery-story/ Tips to a happy day 1.DOn't think of exercise when doing a walk or any kind of exercise 2.Drink plenty of water 3.Do more things that make you happy 4.Get plenty of sleep 5.Wake up early and drink some coffee or a cup of green tea have a cigarette in the morning time, is a great time to start your day 6.Wash yourself in the evening time (have a body wash) 7.

SO its Easter on Sunday and I'm getting a Dairy free easter egg coz I'm on a dairy free diet/gluten free diet I dont want to loose alot of weight I just want to tone up and be happy with my own skin.Writing down what I ate is making me eat even more and nervous so Im just eating sandwich's ,soups,Gluten free cereal and Ben and Jerrys Ice cream (cookie dough) I also went to the private gym and broke out a sweat ,after the gym I felt all weak and had wobbly legs so I went and treated myself to some jelly babies (gluten free).I went to the doctors today this morning and got an ECG done and its very good if your bulmic it stops the craving and the stress of throwing up all the time.

Tonight the staff are making a pasta dish with a tomatoe sauce with cheese I really feel stressd out and Im waiting for dinner to purge it up to speed up my metabolism .All day Iv been craving sandwiches and bread.I need to loose it all and I was at the dentist a few days ago and they filled in my eroded teeth.The staff know I vomit and don't really do much,they let me vomit and don't disturb me when Im purging down the toilet.They make dishs that I would eat..but then I vomit up whatever they make me.I want to eat 100calories a day but my body needs lots of sleep and something to poop out so I can poop out fat so I have been eating wholemeal bread, sprinkle of cheese,butter,potatoe salad. Im on loseit.com and its great.It stops me from purging ,the need to vomit and I like the support aswell. Give me 3months to eat/drink whatever I want and restrict some foods.They say cheese is okay to eat.

So far I have lost 2stone and now 15stone 5lb,I got weighed from my psychotherapist and asked me about vomiting up my food.I have been starving for the last 3days ,drinking sugar free coke-a-cola,Black coffee,and @ supper time (7-8pm) I have 2slices of high fiber Brown bread with low cholesterol butter spreadable with 2 fried eggs (using spray light)The only reason I eat late @ night is so I don't callapes,and to poop out the fat, and burn muscles from my legs/hips/stomach area.(as I sleep) During sleep, a person's weight and the number of hours he or she sleeps determines how many calories do you burn sleeping. Normally, a person burns about 0.42 calories for every pound in one hour of sleep. For instance, a 150 lb. person burns about 63 calories in one hour I recommend joining a course or play with kids toys/watch childrens episodes of Icarly/we are bears to motivate you and gives you some motive to relax and enjoy the episodes.

14/2/2018 Today is Valentines day and the perfect day to do the things you love.Even if its decorating your fridge with colored- in pictures of a bear hugging a heart.Listening to music is a great tip to keep you away from eating, and looking at the fridge.Drink plenty of water now,here are some tips! 1.Every time you go into the kitchen drink 2cups of water 2.Relax,sit down and that will help you loose weight and care for ur feet. 3.Drink Drink all the time ,tea/coffee to flush out the fat 4.Always have a stash of things you'll need,like a plastic bag for vomiting in,and hiding food,Cigarettes,and a re-usable bottle to drink out of,extra money,tablet (which has books and internet)

Doing house work tones ur whole body, including ur legs and back.Sit down and relax yourself and take time to rest ur muscles after a workout,do not eat after a workout ,please wait at least 30mins ,by relaxing yourself you don't gain weight.Breathing in and out while eating is a great way of speeding up your metabolism :D Another great tip is to learn to wait,waiting helps you enjoy things more ,without rushing,if you rush you'll feel bad for eating and going cold turkey is not good!Beware of exercise too much makes you weak and you could faint and end up in the hospital for too much exercise (you could weigh 12 stone but half your body could be only water) Im under 30% fat on my body.Even a BMI would read in-correct.If you want to see how much you weigh,buy a weighing scales that has body fat measure/bmi.(a good scales is one that is electorinc.)
